Where is my tracking number?
Once we have finished working on processing your order, we will send your tracking number to the email you provided to us. If you require further assistance, please contact us and our friendly colleague will look into the issue for you.
I haven’t received any confirmation email or tracking number.

Can I cancel an existing order that has been made?
We are unable to cancel orders once confirmation has been received. If you wish to return an item for a refund, please contact us and our friendly colleague will look into the issue for you.
What if my delivery doesn’t arrive as expected?
If your parcel hasn’t arrived, first track your parcel on the courier company’s website. If you require further assistance, please contact us and our friendly colleague will look into the issue for you.
Packaging
We pack every single one of your order with lots of bubblewrap so you can rest assured that it arrives intact. However, if the item purchased is a gift to somebody you value a lot, please let us know if there is any message you want us to include inside the box.
